Dear Potential Sponsor, It is the intent and purpose of The New England Gypsy Horse Club (NEGHC) to showcase the beauty and versatility of the Gypsy Horse and to support all members as an integral part of the club; to educate and inform the membership and the general public about the Gypsy Horse and to conduct horse shows and other equine related events for exhibition and promotion of Gypsy Horses to strengthen the bonds of the breed’s lovers. Our club formed early in 2017, we are a non-profit organization dedicated to safe, family orientated, Gypsy Horse related activities. Our EIN number is 82-0768241.

We are offering a unique opportunity to businesses such as yours to sponsor our Fourth Annual NEGHC Gypsy and Open Horse Show to be held October 3 and 4 in Schaghticoke, NY. We are offering a variety of classes for horses of any breed – english, western, driving, games, ranch horse classes, beginner, and more – for a variety of age groups and ability levels. This is the only Gypsy breed show in the Northeast. We had exhibitors from all over the Northeast last three years as well as exhibitors from as far away as Virginia and Ottawa. We are also looking for discounts and incentives for members of our club and items for a silent auction to be held during the show. Individuals and businesses vested in the Equine and Agricultural fields such as yourself will make it possible to hold a quality horse show that is affordable to all members of the horse community and most importantly our younger riders. Some of the ways your donation will help are to provide division awards for riders, upkeep, and maintenance of showgrounds, a silent auction and the ability to provide learning opportunities for all ages of riders with a clinic. NEGHC is guided by dedicated volunteers. Our only sources of revenue have been the fees paid by members and donations received from generous individuals and businesses like you. We are happy to accept sponsorship in many forms, be it a monetary donation, or the donation of prizes or gift certificates.

In return for sponsorship, NEGHC will promote your business in ways such as, reading the business name or tagline for the class(es) sponsored, listing your business name on our website and facebook sites and giving space to hang a banner or sign in the main ring at our horse show. Gift certificates, logo items, and small prizes/sample products are a great way to promote your business! Please take a moment to review and select the sponsor package which best fits your business.
